Vanessa Jayne was born in 1968 in Kent. She has worked as a designer for a major textile company for 10 years, and now combines her design background with her painting.

1997
Exhibited at the Wildlife Art Society Annual Show, Westminster Halls and collected three awards:-

• The Alan M Hunt Award
• The Washington Green Award
• The Evegate Award (for the second time)

Launch of a new pair of limited edition prints
Invited to become a member of The Society of Women Artists

Finalist in the Not The Turner Award, run by the Daily Mail
New calendar being launched for 2004 in America, using exclusively Vanessa's work
Signed contracts to produce more giftware for America.

2005 / 2006
Worked on numerous portrait pieces to commission for private collections.
