Vanessa Jayne
was born in 1968 in Kent. She has worked as a designer for a major
textile company for 10 years, and now combines her design background
with her painting.
1997
Exhibited at the Wildlife Art Society Annual Show, Westminster Halls
and collected three awards:-
- The Alan M Hunt Award
- The Washington Green Award
- The Evegate Award (for the second time)
Work bought by news reader, Jan Leeming
Chosen to exhibit at the prestigious Halcyon Gallery, Birmingham.

1999

Finalist in the Not The Turner Award, run by the Daily Mail
New calendar being launched for 2004 in America, using exclusively
Vanessa's work
Signed contracts to produce more giftware for America.

Worked on numerous portrait pieces to commission for private collections.
